Improv is for everyone. Whether you’ve got dreams of being a comedian, or you want to strengthen your public speaking skills, or you’re just sick of your board game collection, improv can help.
In this class, Sea Tea Improv will introduce the basic techniques and games that professional improvisers and comedy writers use to collaboratively discover fun ideas, characters, and scenes. You’ll work in teams, so you’ll never be left hanging alone. Our number one rule is “make your partner look good,” so come try improv in a supportive, no-pressure environment, and learn from a professional improviser!

About the Instructor: Greg Ludovici is a professional actor and a founding member of Sea Tea Improv. Greg studied acting, vocal performance, and stage directing at HARTT School and Skidmore College, and furthered his acting and dance education in London at The Poor School and Pineapple Studios. His interest in improv as an artform began in 2008 at Hartford Stage Company, and in 2011 Greg graduated from the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater’s improv training program in New York City. Additionally, Greg has studied improvised musical theater at the Upright Citizens Brigade, Magnet Theater, and The PIT.
In Connecticut, Greg has performed professionally with organizations including Hartford Stage Company, Sea Tea Improv, Bated Breath Theatre Company, and Hartford Children’s Theatre.
When not acting, Greg puts his improv skills to work at LEGO Systems, where he creates video games, videos, and web sites for LEGO.com.
