Ever wish you could burst into song and have the rest of the world sing along? Well, now you can!

In this course, Sea Tea Improv will reveal that life is a musical where everyone knows your slick dance moves, even though you’re making them up on-the-spot.

We will explore a variety of musical improv topics including song structures, improvised choreography, improvised harmony, music games, and more.

This class will culminate in a special musical improv class share performance.

Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

About the Instructor: Summar Elguindy is a co-founding member of Sea Tea Improv and has performed in hundreds of shows throughout New England. She holds a Masters in Theatre Education from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. Summar has trained with Improv Boston in MA, Upright Citizens Brigade in NYC, People’s Improv Theatre in NYC and the Hartford Stage in CT. Summar currently spends her days as a middle school drama teacher who fervently hopes none of her kids ever comes to a show. At night she performs as a cast member of Catalyst comedy in Bostons Unscripted Musical Project and Dirty Disney. She is the director of the childrens musical improv show, Kerplunk! She produces and writes her own sketches and will do basically anything in order to sing on stage and rock a cool dress.
