In Sketch 101, students learned how to generate and refine comedic premises and to discuss and edit sketch scripts in a collaborative writer's room.
Sketch 201 will build on the tools, concepts, and skills of Sketch 101, introducing students to a diverse variety of sketch styles and forms.
Each week students will generate ideas and write original scripts with a different focus, broadening our ability to write many different kinds of sketches. Styles covered include: topical sketches, evergreen sketches, satire, parody, blackout sketches, absurd sketches, musical sketches, and more.
