Here is the novel that will be forever considered a triumph of the imagination.

Set on the desert planet Arrakis, it is the story of the boy Paul Atreides, who would become the mysterious man known as Muad'Dib. He would avenge the traitorous plot against his noble family—and would bring to fruition humankind's most ancient and unattainable dream (the inspiration for the 1984 David Lynch film starring Kyle MachLachlan and Sting).

That’s a description of Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel Dune. But this show will be good too.

Three teams of comedians -- Josh & Brenna's Hard Sci-Fi, The Rumour Cauldron, and Albatross -- take your suggestions and spin them into epic stories before your eyes—space operas, fairy tales, high school Westerns and bodice-ripping mafia dramas, any genre mashup you can imagine.

Come to the Sea Tea Comedy Theater Friday March 29th at 7:00PM for a night of offbeat, original, fully improvised tales.
