[Workshop] Macroscene: Create a World Bigger than the Stage

[Workshop] Macroscene: Create a World Bigger than the Stage

Saturday, February 16 at 1:00 PM

Sea Tea Improv Studios
75 Pratt Street
5th Floor
Hartford, CT

In this workshop students will be breaking space to make their worlds bigger or smaller than the stage they're on. This form focuses on performing the physically impossible on stage; like a person on a roof talking to someone on the street, river rafting down a raging river, Houston talking to astronauts on the moon, etc. All on the 12'x5' stage with no sweeps are tag outs allowed! Scenes transition through transformational edits. The macroscene is like a monoscene without boundaries.

Prerequisites: Improv 201

Instructor: Joe Leonardo
