100 Things to Do in Hartford Before You Die
by Chip McCabe

Hartford is known to outsiders as the capitol of both Connecticut and the insurance industry. But those in the know can tell you that this city stays true to its tagline: Hartford Has It. This one-time home to both Mark Twain and Harriet Beecher Stowe is brimming with historical, artistic, and cultural assets that most cities this size can only dream about. Each of Hartford’s unique neighborhoods boasts a wide array of hidden treasures, vivid entertainment, and culinary delights. From world renowned museums and music venues to a bevy of food, festivals and fashion, 100 Things to Do in Hartford Before You Die will show readers that there is truly something for everyone in the city of Hartford.

Hanging with Harold - Weekly Drop-In Jam
Hanging with Harold is not a class or a workshop. It's not a show, either. It's a learn-by-doing drop-in jam where Sea Tea Improv and members of the improv community (that's you, just by showing up!) perform a kind of longform improv together known as the Harold.

Will you be among the first improvisers to reach 100 completed Harolds?

Improv'd Cinema - Sea Tea Improv Fixes a Dizney Channel Movie!
Improv'd Cinema: Sea Tea Improv Fixes a Movie!

Here’s how it works: The audience helps pick a movie from the night's chosen genre that our improvisers have never seen. Then, think Mystery Science Theater 3000, but instead of cracking jokes while the movie plays, we replace all the audio live! We hit mute, and Sea Tea Improv will dramatically improve this terrible film by voice-acting over the entire movie — with a new original musical score and live foley sound effects — on the spot and on the fly!

For this show, we'll be fixing a Dizney Channel Movie! Come hear us put voices and a whole new plot on on top of a movie made for preteens who always talk in stage voices that probably launched the career of some failed pop star.
